Continuum Lens · Question 03 of 07

Why is readiness not a ranking?

The answer

Continuum does not reduce a person to one employability score. It separately shows whether their evidence is relevant to a role and how much of that evidence can be checked.

Why this matters

A strong candidate should not be rejected simply because their experience is different, early-stage or not yet formally documented.

Readiness guides the next action. It does not decide a person’s worth.
